S&S Service was founded in Plainville in the late 1980s by Darrel Sinclair, built on a strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer care. When Darrel relocated to Carbondale, he brought the business with him, continuing to grow and serve the surrounding communities. Growing up, Mark Sinclair worked alongside his father, assisting with installations and service calls, before joining the company full-time in 2016. In 2023, Mark officially took ownership of the business, transitioning it into SnS Service LLC to support its continued growth and long-term vision.
Thomas Shepard joined the team after trade school, spending a year with S&S Service before gaining experience in commercial HVAC in the Topeka area. In July 2023, Thomas returned to the residential market and became a valued member of SnS Service.
Today, SnS Service LLC remains a family-owned and operated company, proudly rooted in family values, integrity, and dependable service.
